national educator review board

What is it?

Our Educator Review Board will be responsible for listening to music by emerging composers and providing feedback. Feedback from this group will be used to determine which pieces will be purchased by United Sound and given to schools free of charge (based on an application process) as part of our Composer Project.

Who can participate?

Any current or former instrumental music teachers!

How much time will be required?

We will ask you to listen to and provide feedback for approximately 5-25 pieces of music each quarter. The pieces of music you’ll be asked to listen to will be based on the level of music you currently teach or most currently taught. You can also suggest pieces for consideration.

To stay active in this group, we just ask that you listen to and provide feedback for at least 5 pieces of music each quarter.
